Avolution Appoints Mark Steyn as CEO

Avolution are excited to announce the appointment of Mark Steyn as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mark Steyn, who joins Avolution as CEO on 29th September 2025, has over 30 years of global experience leading strategic transformations, building high-performing teams, and guiding organizations through critical moments of change. Mark was most recently CEO of global recruitment company Hudson (APAC), where he led a major management buy-out and transformation.

In addition to Hudson, his career spans leadership roles such as Senior Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Executive leadership at National Australia Bank.

At Avolution, Mark will focus on scaling our global impact, accelerating innovation in enterprise architecture, and continuing to deliver outstanding value through our ABACUS platform. This appointment reaffirms our commitment to enhance Avolution’s product offering, following the investment from private equity firm Whiteoak in December 2024.

Mark will be stepping in as Avolution’s CEO, replacing David Vander.
