All ABACUS users can access the AI Assistant when enabled for your organisation.

The AI Assistant is enabled or disabled for your organization as a whole, it cannot be configured on a per-user basis.

The AI Assistant respects the same role-based permissions as the rest of ABACUS. It can only access data your account is authorized to view.

The AI Assistant is read-only: it cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your ABACUS project. It can surface insights and recommend actions, but a human always makes the change.
